When Brooke came to me and asked if I had any ideas on the best way to incorporate pumpkins into her wedding while still keeping it elegant and timeless, I was beyond excited to give it a go! As a designer, it is always fun to switch things up and have a client who gives you complete creative freedom (but also terrifying) and I knew this had to be one for the books. My answer; an 8 foot seating chart wall of mini gold pumpkins that would wow their guests and leave a lasting impression. 

Any design process comes with a great deal of trial and error, and this one was especially challenging. I really wanted the shelves to be floating and removable, while of course, secure.  Thanks to my handsome hubby & his Dad, we were able to accomplish that with a design that I truly haven’t seen before and I would say we nailed it. 

It was the perfect fall day, with perfect foliage and an unexpected 70 degree temperature for mid November in New England. Set up went flawlessly with the help of my amazing Dad and Mother Nature did me a solid and kept the wind to a minimum, making the pumpkins stay secured on the wall. Finished with an acrylic 3D header and beautifully calligraphy name cards, the wall was complete and man oh man, it did not disappoint. Our arch antique gold mirror looked stunning at the entrance to their outdoor ceremony and the Barn was ready to party!
