ATLANTA-GA
Wedding vows, your best pals, amazing food and dinosaurs! Not something I ever thought would all be in the same sentence, but that was just a taste of the MAGIC that was Randolf & Michaela’s wedding day.
I was beyond honored when I was asked to help create the decor for their big day all the way in Georgia. Michaela was a bride after my own heart, knowing exactly what she wanted with a romantic, elegant feel incorporating black, white & gold elements throughout. Having the most unique venue I have ever seen, Fernbank Museum of Natural History did not disappoint. It doesn’t get more fun than candlelight and dancing to a live band underneath life size dinosaur replicas! From the custom linen welcome display showcased at the intimate ceremony, to the stunning reception, complete with textured menus, personalized agate stone place settings and a mirror gold cake topper featuring the couples sweet pup, every detail was accounted for. The vintage dial phone guestbook was the hit of the night, accompanied by our geometric mirror acrylic sign. Christmas trees outlined the atrium, adding the perfect subtle touch to the upcoming holiday season.
Closing the night with a sparkler exit and riding off in a vintage 1953 Bently, M+R’s day was one that I will never forget. Thank you for trusting me with your vision & letting me stay to dance the night away 🙂
